Aşure Festivali, mevleviliğin ikinci merkezi olarak nitelendirilen Afyonkarahisar’ın manevi şahsiyetlerinden, Mevlana’nın torunu Sultan Divani Mehmet Semai Hazretleri’nin tanıtılması ve Afyonkarahisar yaratmaının bağlantı ve beraberliğinin katkısızlanması amacıyla kutlanmaktadır.

The temple on the ancient acropolis of Ancyra was enlarged in the 2nd Burada century and converted into a church in the 5th century. It is located in the Budun quarter of the city.
